Introducing your clients property to potential buyers requires confident presentation and communication skills with the ability to connect with your audience. This workshop will guide you towards understanding a buyers mindset to deliver an engaging, impactful presentation. One to one sessions offer practical exercises, immediate feedback and coaching to improve your technique.
You will use body language, gestures and eye contact to engage your audience. And build a persuasive and lasting connection to hook your audience and keep them watching. Choose delivery between joining online as or in person at your office.
You will need to script a property introduction and conclusion in perparation to deliver to camera during the training. For attending online, you will need access to a desktop or laptop computer with a web camera, microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet room to participate. Further instructions will follow enrolment.
All prices include GST. Shotlisting reserves the right to cancel the course for any reason at any time. In the event of a course being cancelled a full refund of course fees will be provided. If you are planning to travel to attend, please confirm with us via email that the course will be proceeding before you make your travel bookings. Shotlisting is not liable for any travel costs incurred due to course postponement, cancellation, or any other circumstance. If you wish to withdraw from a course, you may do so up to five business days before the course booking and receive a full refund. Cancellations within five business days before course commencement will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
