Contact us for properties with more than 6 bedrooms.
Additional multipurpose rooms are considered bedrooms for the purposes of billing.
If requested, additional dwellings on the same property of up to two rooms which cannot be internally accessed are an additional $50. Structures with more than two rooms require a seperate floor plan for the purposes of billing.
All prices include GST. A $50 upfront booking fee is payable for all site visits prior to each occasion and is in addition to the above rates. Key pick up and return incurs a $20 fee. Plans are provided in 2D colour incorporating agency colour palette and branding as requested. They are delivered as .JPG, or .PNG and .PDF upon request. Plans are delivered within two working days following the measurement day, via a link.
