All prices include GST. A $50 upfront booking fee is payable for all site visits prior to each occasion and is in addition to the above rates. Properties are captured as presented at the time of the booking so should be ready at the start of the assigned booking time. Any cleaning and tidying is at the videographers discretion. An aditional booking fee may apply if the property is deemed not presentable. Key pick up and return incurrs a $20 fee. Any retouching requested except where stated may incur an additional fee.
Videos are shot and delivered in full HD 1920 x 1080 with a backing track. Includes property address lower third at beginning and agency branding and contact details at the end. Video is delivered via a downloadable link within two full working days after the completion of the final booking day for the property. Agency promotional videos also available, contact us.
